· Regular Products

We accept returns on regular (non-custom) products within 7 days of delivery.

Return conditions:
– Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
– All tags and packaging intact

Return shipping is at the customer‘s expense. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

· Custom Products

All handmade custom products (including but not limited to bespoke fans, calligraphy pieces, qipao tailoring, etc.) are not eligible for return.

Each custom piece is created exclusively for you and cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
